"Great location for historical sites, restaurants and shopping, with friendly and helfpful staff!"

Location was amazing - right in front of Ancient Agora Plaka, as well as the Temple of Hephaestus. It is also in walking distance to almost every other major site, such as the Acropolis. In addition, it's strategically placed between two train stations (blue and green lines). It is a three-minute walk from Monastiraki station/square/flea market. The area is full of restaurants and cafés with food and vibrant atmosphere, especially at night. The property also has its own restaurant right below it with delicious food and drinks. And they give staying guests a 15% discount! The staff and owner were really friendly. Katerina and Aliki were exceptional, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We were welcomed to our room with a gift of cake and wine for our honeymoon.

What an incredible stay I had at Ancient Agora Plaka. My host, Alice and her husband were beautiful, kind people and the gorgeous concierge/manager was amazing also - thank you all! It’s worth mentioning that their families restaurant downstairs was the perfect go to breakfast spot (and dinner on a few occasions). The location was also absolutely fantastic, being right across the path from the incredible ‘Ancient Agora’. I also must mention how well I slept. Ow my goodness, my mattress was so comfortable and the pillows felt very high end, and the bedding and sheets were crisp and clean. Everything was fabulous! I’m looking forward to coming back back again soon

Room spotless & well equipped. Comfortable bed & good quality bedding. Was central to all you wanted to see in the city . Staff were very polite & helped when we had a problem with our return airport transfer . Katalina even messaged me the morning after we returned to see if we’d got home safely without problem, a lovely lady !

Exceptional host and staff. Aliki was so incredibly helpful and kind from the time of booking right through our stay, helping with finding a day trip and ensuring we didn't get overcharged by taxi drivers. Katerina, the room manager was also a gem and always willing to help, they both made sure we were comfortable and shared their knowledge of the city.
